What We Believe

At the core of our Faith is God in the Trinity: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, as revealed in Mark 1:10-11 and proclaimed by the first Universal Councils of the Church held in the 4th century. God has taken on human form to save us from spiritual death. During our services, we recite the declaration of faith proclaimed in the Creed.

Our Faith

An ever-growing number of persons from various backgrounds are becoming interested in the Orthodox Church. These individuals are discovering the ancient faith and rich traditions of the Orthodox Church. They have been attracted by her mystical vision of God and His Kingdom, by the beauty of her worship, by the purity of her Christian faith, and by her continuity with the past. These are only some of the treasures of the Church, which has a history reaching back to the time of the Apostles.

Patron Feast

Our Parish celebrates its patron feast, the Universal Exaltation of the Precious and Life-Giving Cross, each year on September 14. The Feast commemorates the finding of the True Cross of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ by Saint Helen, the mother of the Emperor Constantine.
